Dan Creative cannot be held responsible for anything adversely affecting the Client's business operation, sales, or profitability that they might claim is a result of a service offered by Dan Creative.

Dan Creative will only commence work on a project after an agreed deposit has been paid by the Client. The final balance is to be made on completion of the agreed work.

The deposit paid to Dan Creative covers the cost of design work carried out. It is not possible to refund a deposit once Dan Creative have sent the first design to the Client. A refund is not guaranteed by Dan Creative but possible providing Dan Creative decide upon this option.

Once a project has been agreed and accepted, the client must confirm their approval via email. We cannot complete the project until this is received. Once a client has confirmed their approval via email, and if an order is cancelled prior to completion of a project, they will be required to pay the cost for all work completed up to that point.
You agree to provide timely responses to any status notifications that Dan Creative sends to you. You shall have 30 days to respond to each response sent to you. If after 30 days you have failed to respond, Dan Creative will assume that your project is complete and the project shall be deemed completed. At such time, Dan Creative will have no further obligation to you, and you will pay Dan Creative pursuant to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

Dan Creative may refuse any project if we feel that it contains material with contact being obscene, indecent, defamatory, incites religious, racial or ethnic hatred, or violates the rights of others.

Invoices will be sent via e-mail (unless otherwise requested) in PDF format, you will require a copy of Acrobat Reader to open the file. This software is available freely from http://www.adobe.co.uk/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. The invoice must be paid in full within 14 working days.
