We will be happy to assist you with any queries or complaints that are directly related to the printing process, although please note that ultimately, Dan Creative will not be held responsible for the actions of these third parties, of which we have no control over.

Proofs of all work will be submitted for customer's approval and Dan Creative shall incur no liability for any errors not corrected by the customer in proofs so submitted.
Customer's alterations and additional proofs necessitated thereby shall be charged extra.
